Young Film Makers and Reporters Required in Huddersfield

Playful Anywhere will be bringing their big blue Playbox to Huddersfield town centre to discover from residents, businesses and visitors of all ages what they think would make their experience more Playful.

We’ll be capturing responses on camera and want to bring a group of young digital reporters and film makers together with artist Sally Molineaux to create a short film. This film will then feed into our overall report and recommendations for a Playful Huddersfield. #PlayfulHuddersfield

We are seeking between 4-6 enthusiastic people aged between 15-19 to come join us at a half day workshop at Parlour in Queensgate Market 12-4pm on the 14th September to hear more about the brief, learn what skills you already have, give some hints/tips and new skills and your creative challenge to then interview friends, neighbours and family members with a set of short questions about play in Huddersfield Town Centre. We will invite all the team to be part of the film making in Huddersfield Town Centre on Saturday 21st and 28th September. The collated content will then be edited by Sally and the team will be fully credited as part of the short film.
